We have experience in providing legal advice and services in the field of consumer law. As part of consumer protection in relation to commercial companies, we provide analysis of the state of consumer protection at a specific operator, including the preparation, drafting, and development of consumer contracts, general terms and conditions, complaint procedures, contract withdrawal forms, and other documents and documents required by law in accordance with applicable legislation. We participate in commenting on and conducting legal audits of existing general terms and conditions and complaint procedures.
We also provide our clients with legal advice related to the setup of e-commerce operators in accordance with consumer protection laws and European Union legislation, including the implementation of the GDPR personal data protection directive.
If necessary, we provide representation in court proceedings arising from decisions of administrative authorities and proceedings before the Slovak Trade Inspection.
