Intellectual property and information technology law

We have experience in providing legal advice and services in the field of intellectual property law, a large number of successful trademark registrations, as well as representing clients in proceedings conducted by the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, as well as in court disputes and out-of-court negotiations in intellectual property disputes, e.g. for infringement of trademark rights of a company distributing cosmetic products from abroad to the Slovak Republic and protection of rights to trade names or domain names.

We have provided services to several companies operating in the IT sector, in particular in the preparation of contractual documentation, advice on copyright and its protection, and the granting of licenses.

Since May 2024, we have been accredited to provide the IP Scan service, which involves auditing a company's intellectual property.
