The history of the law firm dates back to 2013, when a law office, Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o., was founded to provide legal services in liaison with the law office Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Kvetoslava Kolínová, s.r.o., under a common legal service brand, Hronček & Kolínová.
Nonetheless, within a short time, the team's ambition, creativity and innovative efforts led to a major growth and expansion of the law firm, also in various specialised fields. In 2017, there was a change of the name to Hronček & Partners, s. r. o., based in Žilina and other sites in Martin and Bratislava. Legal and advisory services are provided to Slovakia-based and international clients operating both inside and outside the territory of the Slovak Republic thanks to the many partnerships the law firm has established during its existence.

He graduated at the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (2009), where he also successfully defended his thesis on "Business Name and its Legal Protection". In 2011 he completed rigorous study at the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, defended his rigorous work entitled "Trademark and License Agreement" and passed the exam in the field of commercial law. From September 2005 to June 2009 he attended practical training at the District Court in Banská Bystrica to gain professional experience. Since 2013 he has worked as a lawyer, focusing mainly on commercial law, particularly contract law, civil substantive law, employment law, and business company law. He graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (2010) in the field of "law and jurisprudence". He completed his studies successfully by passing the combined state examination in civil, commercial, criminal and administrative law and by defending his thesis titled "Action and Judgement (Mutual Relation)." From April 2011 to September 2014 she worked as a trainee lawyer in the law firm of JUDr. Ján Repáň in Martin. she completed her studies at the Ján Jesenský Faculty of Law of the Danubius University, where in 2014 successfully completed her master's degree by passing the state exam from civil, commercial, criminal and international law. During the study she practiced at the District Court in Martin and the Slovak Land Fund. She has been working continuously in the law firm since March 2014, first as a legal assistant during her studies and subsequently as a junior associate. As part of her practice, she deals with a wide range of legal areas. She has participated in many so far important projects and cases that the law firm handled and currently, she actively organizes and professionally ensures other projects as a leader a lawyer. In her work, she specializes more closely in the field of commercial law, especially with focusing on commitment relationships and M & A, on the field of financial law, especially in within licensing procedures and when representing regulated entities, and also separately in the field of tax law and representation in tax proceedings. She has been working in the field of law for almost 18 years. She studied in Prague (at the Faculty of Law of Charles University) where she worked until 2019. At the beginning, she started to work as a legal assistant and since 2011 also as a lawyer. For one year, she also had an opportunity to try a notary, where she tried out the position of permanent deputy notary, which was very rewarding, but at the same time quite formalistic. Since 2020, she has been working in Slovakia as a resident Eurolawyer. She mainly deals with commercial law, specializing in the law of business corporations, mergers and acquisitions.

Since 2013, she has been practicing law as an independent attorney, and since 2015, she has been the managing partner of MH Legal, s.r.o. Throughout her more than 10-year career, she has worked in the private sector (in a development company), in local government, and she also has several years of experience working as an arbitrator for an arbitration court and in the legislative department of the National Council of the Slovak Republic. She specializes in construction law, real estate law, and development law. She joined our law firm in 2022, where, in addition to her mentioned specializations, she also helps oversee commercial law matters.
He graduated at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, where he completed his master's degree in 2020 after passing the state exam in Criminal, Civil and Commercial Law and defending his diploma thesis "Liquidation of a company in liquidation" in connection with the new liquidation legislation. During his studies, he participated in the Erasmus+ program and therefore studied part of his master's studies in Spain. During his studies, he worked in the legal department at Asseco Solutions a.s. and later as a legal assistant he cooperated with the lawyer JUDr. Vladimír Janíček. He graduated from the Comenius University in Bratislava in double major of Library and Information Science and English Language and Literature (2003). He worked at the Slovak National Library in cultural heritage digitisation as a methodology officer and coordinator, and has presented results of interdisciplinary research into storage and access to written cultural and scientific heritage in a dissertation at the University of Žilina in 2013. He has worked for over two decades in professional translation from/to English, since 2005 in his own company providing expert consulting, web, organisational and language services. He works for the non-governmental Institute for Cultural Policies as a project manager and editor. Since 2016 he has worked for the Hronček & Partners, s.r.o law firm as an external consultant.
