The history of the law firm dates back to 2013, when a law office, Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o., was founded to provide legal services in liaison with the law office Advokátska kancelária JUDr. Kvetoslava Kolínová, s.r.o., under a common legal service brand, Hronček & Kolínová.
Nonetheless, within a short time, the team's ambition, creativity and innovative efforts led to a major growth and expansion of the law firm, also in various specialised fields. In 2017, there was a change of the name to Hronček & Partners, s. r. o., based in Žilina and other sites in Martin and Bratislava. Legal and advisory services are provided to Slovakia-based and international clients operating both inside and outside the territory of the Slovak Republic thanks to the many partnerships the law firm has established during its existence.

Thanks to her expertise and many years of experience, she is one of the stable pillars of the Hronček & Partners, s. r. o. team. For many years, she worked at the firm as a senior lawyer, where she passed on her know-how to new trainees and actively participated in the organization and implementation of the firm's projects, including the creation of individual departments for specialization in legal matters. She subsequently put her experience and practice to good use by successfully passing the bar exam and has been working as a lawyer since 2024.
