Thanks to her expertise and many years of experience, she is one of the stable pillars of the Hronček & Partners, s. r. o. team. For many years, she worked at the firm as a senior lawyer, where she passed on her know-how to new trainees and actively participated in the organization and implementation of the firm's projects, including the creation of individual departments for specialization in legal matters. She subsequently put her experience and practice to good use by successfully passing the bar exam and has been working as a lawyer since 2024. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in various areas of law, ranging from civil and commercial law to various types of litigation and administrative justice. She has also focused on financial and labor law and personal data protection. She has gradually focused her professional specialization mainly on financial and tax law, where she still represents clients in administrative proceedings and administrative justice, as well as on consulting in the area of personal data protection and cyber security.  Her references include, for example, the successful handling of several client licensing proceedings under special regulations, e.g., in the area of financial law, implementation of projects in the area of setting up tax and legal processes for Slovak and international clients in the field of manufacturing or distribution of medicines and medical devices with a focus on the issue of the so-called pharmaceutical withholding tax, as well as representation and legal advice in dozens of successfully completed administrative court proceedings against unlawful decisions of administrative authorities. In addition to his practice in advocacy, he also lectures on topics such as commercial law, liability for damages, labor law, and personal data protection. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava, where he completed his master's degree in 2020. He completed part of his master's studies in Spain, where he gained valuable international experience. During his studies, he gained valuable experience in the legal department of Asseco Solution a.s. and later worked as a legal assistant in cooperation with attorney JUDr. Vladimír Janíček. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Pan-European University in Bratislava in 2014. During her studies, she gained experience as a legal assistant in a bailiff's office and a law firm. She then began her legal practice at a law firm in Bratislava, where she focused on private law, particularly corporate law, and gradually gained practical experience in civil, commercial, labor, administrative, and family law. She has been part of our team since November 2018. She specializes mainly in public procurement, commercial law, and substantive civil law.  In addition to her extensive legal agenda, she also coordinates the work of the team – she leads regular organizational meetings of lawyers, has an overview of all the firm's cases, and actively contributes to the effective distribution of the workload among individual team members. Her strength lies in her ability to maintain an overview and approach her work systematically, which ensures that each case is handled thoroughly and with the utmost attention. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague (2010). He gained his first professional experience in legal practice during his legal clerkship at the law office of JUDr. Ján Repáň in Martin from April 2011 to September 2014. During her career, she worked as a permanent representative of a notary at a branch in Prague, which she considers to be a significant and enriching experience. She spent a significant part of her practice as an in-house lawyer at a large investment group based in Prague, specializing in large investment projects, securities issuance on the stock exchange, and cross-border transactions. She held this position until 2019, when she decided to return to Slovakia. She currently works as an established European lawyer in Slovakia and a lawyer in the Czech Republic, while continuing to collaborate with a Czech notary. She specializes in commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and provides legal support for large investment projects. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava (1986). She has been practicing law for more than two decades – since 2000 she has worked as a commercial lawyer and since 2004 she has been working as an attorney. Together with JUDr. Róbert Hronček, she was involved in the creation of the Hronček & Kolínová – Legal Services brand, which became the basis for today's law firm. Even after the name change, JUDr. Kolínová remains a key figure and collaborating attorney who has played a significant role in the creation and development of our law firm. During her many years of practice, she has represented clients in litigation proceedings and in a wide range of commercial law matters. Since October 2018, she has been working at the law firm Hronček & Partners s. r. o. as a trainee lawyer. Barbora has contributed significantly to the firm's successes, including winning the "Highly Recommended Law Firm" award in the Law Firm of the Year 2023 survey. She participated in the preparation and successful acquisition of three crowdfunding licenses. She is also actively involved in professional discussions and lectures, particularly in the area of cryptocurrency regulation (MiCA). She represented a client – an applicant for a license to provide crypto-asset services under the MiCA regulation – in the first-ever pre-licensing dialogue with the National Bank of Slovakia. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Trnava University in Trnava, where he completed his master's degree in 2024. During his studies, he worked at the Slovak Environmental Agency as a project manager within the Recovery Plan. He worked closely with the legal department on the preparation of opinions on the provision of funds from the Recovery Plan mechanism, gaining valuable experience in the field of project and administrative law. Since 2024, he has been working at the law firm Hronček & Partners, s. r. o. as a trainee lawyer. He focuses mainly on competition, commercial law, European and international law. He participated in a project for an investor from the People's Republic of China in connection with the international transfer of goods to the USA, where he dealt with issues of preferential and non-preferential origin of goods under the legal provisions of the Union Customs Code (UCC). He is also actively involved in the Family Business Development Project, which aims to provide expert advice on successfully managing intergenerational change in family businesses. She completed her master's degree at the Faculty of Education of the Catholic University in Ružomberok in 2015, then continued her doctoral studies, which she successfully completed with a PhD. She gained her first work experience while studying at the economics department of an international company (2009–2018), where she acquired a valuable foundation for her future professional career. She has been part of the team since 2018, where she started as an administrative assistant and gradually gained experience in the field of comprehensive support for lawyers – from the preparation and processing of court filings to organizational and administrative tasks. She later took over the marketing of the office, and her achievements include, for example, rebranding the website and unifying the company's visual identity. Through her hard work and determination, she worked her way up to the position of billing clerk. After three years of maternity leave, she returned to the office, where she currently oversees marketing in the marketing department as a marketing and development coordinator, while also being part of the project team responsible for managing new legal leads. Her strength lies in her ability to combine organizational skills with a creative approach to marketing, which enables her to take the office's presentation to the next level.

She works as a project manager with more than ten years of experience in complex project management, strategic planning, and coordination of cooperation between the public and private sectors. Throughout her professional career, she has been involved in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of projects with an emphasis on effective process setup, adherence to schedules and budgets, and risk management. She obtained her legal education at the Pan-European University, where she completed her master's degree and subsequently continued her doctoral studies. is an economist and process manager with more than 9 years of experience in finance, accounting, and process optimization. She studied accounting at the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University, where she also focused on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). During her career, she has worked in the corporate sector as a senior accountant. She also gained experience in public administration, where she was involved in complex accounting, budgeting, and human resources. Since joining the company, she has held several positions, ranging from invoicing and economics to process management. She currently works as a process manager, where she uses her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex tasks even under pressure. In her work, she combines accounting precision, strategic thinking, technological innovation, and a human approach. She focuses on process automation and digitization, economic management, and effective human resources. She believes that properly set up processes enable organizations to function in a modern and efficient manner, with an emphasis on quality and team satisfaction.

She graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Košice, majoring in Graphic and Spatial Design. Her previous experience in operations management and as a deputy manager gave her a solid foundation in organization, responsibility, and team leadership. She has been part of the team since June 2023. As part of her assigned agenda, she oversees the management of RPVS and also handles office administration. In this position, she performs complete record-keeping and ongoing care for a large portfolio of clients, and thanks to her detailed knowledge of their companies, she is able to respond promptly to every request. She also provides organizational support to the team in the office—she has an overview of all internal processes, is able to effectively assist her colleagues, and actively participates in the automation and digitization of internal procedures. Her combination of thoroughness and organizational overview makes her an irreplaceable part of the team.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica with a degree in Economics and Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, specializing in marketing. Since December 2022, she has held the position of billing clerk and product specialist. She brings a young and dynamic perspective to the team, and her abilities far exceed her age. She understands not only invoicing itself, but also the related processes, which allows her to prepare accurate and clear documents for the external accountant. As a product specialist, she participates in the development and management of the office's internal products, where she uses her systematic approach and attention to detail. Thanks to these qualities, she is perceived as a breath of fresh air for the legal team and a promising support for the future.

She graduated from the University of Žilina in Žilina with a degree in Mediamatics, where she successfully completed her master's degree in 2016. She has been working as an assistant at the law firm since April 2017. She has been working as an office manager since February 2018. She speaks English and German.

Mgr. Alexandra Šubíková is a trainee lawyer at the law firm Hronček & Partners, s. r. o. In her practice, she specializes in litigation, debt collection, and commercial and civil law issues. Kristína Vojtylová, LL.M., is an associate at Hronček & Partners, s. r. o. She focuses on financial market law, particularly FinTech, crypto asset regulation, tokenization, and licensing proceedings. She advises clients on innovative digital economy projects and solutions using distributed database technology, with an emphasis on compliance and effective process design. She is a member of the pilot regime team for DLT projects, focusing on the preparation of documentation for permits under European regulations for market infrastructures using DLT. In addition to her practice, she is an external doctoral student at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminalistics at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University, where she focuses on the intersection of criminal law and artificial intelligence and the issue of liability in the event of AI failure. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University (Mgr., 2025) and has been working at Hronček & Partners since 2025.
