Andrea Domény (ATTORNEY | PARTNER) Hronček & Partners) & Maroš Pogány (ATTORNEY | Hronček & Partners)
Andrea works as an attorney and partner at a law firm specializing in comprehensive consulting on labor relations, establishing internal processes, and implementing legislative changes into company operations.
Maroš works as an attorney at the law firm, with extensive experience in labor law, negotiating commercial transactions, and dealing with government ministries regarding investment aid. Among other things, he has helped develop processes and HR policies and led a legal department for several years.
They will combine their experience and perspectives in a joint session, where they will address current changes in labor law and their impact on practice, including the implementation of new rules regarding employee compensation and transparency.
They will also discuss the tightening of controls on illegal employment (the “Švarc system”), explain key aspects of the transposition of legislation into the Slovak legal system, and highlight the practical implications these changes bring for employers.
The session will also include recommendations on how to structure labor relations and internal processes so that they comply with current legislation while remaining functional in everyday practice.
