Provision of services to public sector partners by experts

Entities that receive financial or in-kind payments from public funds within the limits set by law, as well as specific entities designated by law, are required to register in the Public Sector Partners Register. This obligation was introduced by Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter the “Act on the Register of Public Sector Partners”). The Act defines selected entities as public sector partners. Without registration in the newly established registry, a selected entity, as a public sector partner, will not be able to access public funds and will be barred from bidding for public funds. Registration in the Public Sector Partners Registry, as well as compliance with other related statutory obligations, must be ensured by an authorized person as defined by the Act. An authorized person is limited to a lawyer, bank, branch of a foreign bank, notary, tax advisor, or auditor with a registered office or place of business in the Slovak Republic. The law firm JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o., with its registered office in Žilina, provides highly specialized and professional services to both Slovak and foreign entities in the area of registration in the Public Sector Partners Register and related activities of an authorized person. It also provides consulting services in this area. For these services, we have also established a specialized website with detailed information about the services mentioned: www.partnerverejnehosektora.sk
