Agricultural entities receiving payments from the PPA are required to register in the Public Sector Partner Register. Find out how to register with the RPVS and how the law firm Hronček & Partners can assist you.
An agricultural entity is any legal entity or individual engaged in agricultural activities. Most often, this takes the legal form of a cooperative, but in principle it can be any business entity or a self-employed individual.
Do you receive funds from the PPA—the Agricultural Payment Agency—in the agricultural sector?
If so, you are also subject to the obligation to register in the Public Sector Partners Register, which was established on February 1, 2017, pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners and on amendments to certain laws. Registration in the Register of Public Sector Partners is one of the conditions for receiving funds from the Agricultural Payment Agency.
How to proceed?
A public sector partner does not register in the Public Sector Partners Register on their own; registration is handled, in accordance with the law, by a so-called authorized person (a lawyer, notary, bank, branch of a foreign bank, auditor, or tax advisor with a registered office or place of business in the Slovak Republic). The law firm JUDr. Róbert Hronček, s.r.o. offers you its services as an authorized person. We provide a complete service for you—from consultation and registration to other services related to verifying the identity of the ultimate beneficial owner and recording changes in the register.
