As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services for our clients, we have added a new feature to the IS RPVS system. Clients can use the chat feature to ask our office any questions related to the registration of a public sector partner, as well as the verification or identification of the ultimate beneficiary.
The IS RPVS system, which helps our clients streamline the entire administrative process related to verifying the ultimate beneficial owner and all other tasks concerning registration in the RPVS, now includes a new feature: a chat window. Public sector partners can use the chat after logging into the client zone to ask our office questions. Our primary goal was to make communication within the system more interactive and to simplify the process of contacting us for our clients.
