Since its inception it has been providing professional services for more than 300 entities, including many businesses, multinational corporations, and municipalities. She has been involved in personal data protection since her law school days. As an attorney, she has long specialized in the areas of personal data protection, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Since 2018, she has served as the company’s managing director, where she is responsible for its strategic management and development. In her practice, she combines legal advice with process management and technological solutions, helping organizations effectively implement the requirements of the GDPR, cybersecurity, and other regulatory frameworks into their day-to-day operations. She actively participates in the creation and development of solutions that combine data security, modern technologies, and legal certainty. Her professional focus reflects the company’s philosophy—to bridge the worlds of technology, processes, and law so that clients achieve not only regulatory compliance but also practical, long-term sustainable solutions that support the security, efficiency, and strategic development of their organizations.
She has been part of our team since 2021. She gained her expertise while studying law and criminology at the University of Kent and international criminal law at the University of Groningen, where she built a solid foundation in law, regulation, and the protection of rights. At the company, she serves as a consultant and Data Protection Officer (DPO) for clients in the private sector. She specializes in implementing GDPR requirements into organizations’ internal processes, provides expert advice on data protection, and helps build effective compliance systems. In her work, she bridges legislative requirements with clients’ practical needs and supports them in creating a secure and sustainable environment for data processing and protection. In addition to her consulting work, she is actively involved in professional education. She regularly speaks at professional seminars, conferences, and webinars, where she addresses current topics in the areas of data protection, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
She studied economics and law. During her career, she has gained extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. In addition to her work as a personal data protection consultant, she is also involved in publishing and lecturing. In her work, she emphasizes professionalism and continuous education.
Martin Hasin, PhD., is an external cybersecurity specialist at Top Privacy. He focuses on information security and privacy management in accordance with GDPR, NIS2, and ISO/IEC 27001, security architecture design and management (networks, firewalls, segmentation, SIEM), identity and access management, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment, as well as incident management, including forensic analysis and coordination with SOC/CERT. Since 2025, he has been supporting Top Privacy clients in setting up effective security processes that combine regulatory compliance with risk prevention and technical resilience. He has particular expertise in cloud infrastructure—especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365—including security policies, hardening, monitoring, and automation. He also works with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline tools, which enable the secure scaling of modern environments and accelerate the deployment of changes without compromising compliance and governance.
Tomáš Kodák has been working at Top Privacy since 2025, where he participates in marketing and IT activities and is continuously learning about cybersecurity. He is involved in the management and development of internal systems, programming, web platform administration, and LAN/WAN network management. He focuses on practical, reliable, and scalable solutions that support internal processes and the digital development of the company. He applies his experience from his position as e-shop manager to connect technical measures and solutions with real operational needs and a high-quality user experience. He is currently studying information and network technologies at the Faculty of Management and Informatics at the University of Žilina (FRI UNIZA). He completed his secondary education at the Secondary Technical School in Handlová in the same field.
She has been working in the field of cybersecurity since 2018. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in monitoring security incidents, managing information and cybersecurity, creating security documentation, managing access rights, preparing for audits, and training employees. Today, she works as a consultant and external certified cybersecurity manager for Top Privacy, where she helps organizations comply with the requirements of Act No. 69/2018 on Cybersecurity (transposition of the European NIS2 Directive) and implement security measures in accordance with international standards, including ISO/IEC 27001. She helps organizations establish a functional cybersecurity management system—from risk identification, setting up processes and creating security documentation, all the way to preparing for audits and ensuring long-term compliance with legislative requirements—while emphasizing that the implemented measures effectively support the organization’s functioning and day-to-day operations. She believes that cybersecurity doesn’t have to be unnecessarily complicated—she enjoys bridging the technical perspective on security with the regulatory and managerial aspects and making it understandable even to people outside of IT.
She has been with the company since 2018, when she served as an executive assistant and administrative support. During her tenure, she gradually expanded her responsibilities to include marketing communications and actively contributed to building the company’s brand. A significant part of her work involved coordinating the rebranding of the company’s website, developing marketing activities, and ensuring consistent communication with clients and industry professionals. After returning from maternity leave, she continues her professional journey as a marketing coordinator, building on her previous experience to coordinate the company’s marketing activities. In her work, she focuses on B2B marketing, the creation and management of professional content, and the coordination of webinars and other events. She participates in the preparation of marketing campaigns and communication materials that support the company’s brand-building efforts as a partner in the fields of technology solutions, regulation, and data protection. She actively collaborates with subject-matter expert teams in preparing marketing activities and translates technical and legislative topics into clear, understandable communication for clients and business partners.
She has more than 20 years of experience in sales, project management, and client care. Throughout her career, she has worked in various industries—from manufacturing and distribution, through hospitality and event management, to shopping center management and service provision in a regulated environment. At the company, she coordinates projects and provides comprehensive client care throughout the entire course of the collaboration—from processing inquiries and managing the sales agenda to providing administrative support for project implementation. She actively collaborates with internal teams, coordinates individual processes, and contributes to the efficient execution of projects. Thanks to her many years of experience, she combines a client-focused approach with effective process management, thereby supporting high-quality service delivery and the building of long-term business relationships.
