Preparation of necessary documentation

Preparation of documentation for the entrepreneur's security project, within which we will develop, in cooperation with the entrepreneur, an internal system for the protection of classified information, which includes the definition of security policy, the method of its implementation (in the areas of personnel security, administrative security, facility and physical security, encrypted information protection and technical means security) and a list of persons familiar with classified information.

Specifically, in order to obtain industrial security certification, it will be necessary to prepare, in particular:

  • Physical security and facility security documentation, a proposal for securing the protected area and facility,
  • A security project for technical equipment (PC), guidelines and documentation for the operation of technical equipment,
  • Certification of technical equipment,
  • Security settings for technical equipment,
  • Administrative security documentation (filing plan, administrative security documents),
  • Personnel security guidelines.

The subject of the service is the processing of documents in accordance with Act No. 215/2004 Coll. and relevant NBÚ decrees, the purpose of which is to ensure the processing of mandatory documentation that must be submitted to the National Security Authority in order to obtain industrial security clearance for all levels of classification (Restricted to Top Secret). The documentation may include various processing of classified information (familiarization, storage in a protected area, or, together with documentation for technical means, also processing of classified information using technical means).
We also perform security settings for technical equipment (e.g., PCs) according to the recommendations of the National Security Authority – we will set up your technical equipment for certification purposes.
